History
Burdette Realty Improvement, Inc. began their journey in June of 1967. Foster Burdette, broker, founded the company along with his brother Lefty and his sister Freeda. The company started out by acquiring real estate when they saw a good deal. After purchasing several properties, some of which needed improvements, the growth of the company had begun. Over the next forty years BRI had acquired and developed several retail, commercial and residential properties. Currently BRI has properties in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky & Florida.


Future
BRI remains to this day a family run business. We continue to grow and serve the retail/commercial needs in the Charleston and surrounding areas. We not only offer retail and commercial space but we also offer a large variety of storage units to suit all needs, from a 5’x10’ to a 40’x60’.
