Burdette Realty Improvement, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Foster Burdette started the company in June of 1967 as President of BRI and grew the company along with his son Jon who has been with the company for over 35 years. Jon Burdette took over his father’s position as President in September of 2010 and continues to grow the company in both commercial & residential improvement services. Melanie Burdette, Jon’s wife is acting Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer.

Burdette Realty Improvement, Inc. is a multifaceted company that has been in business for over 50 years. We offer a variety of services, from leasing commercial and retail properties, HVAC sales and installations, climate and non-climate controlled storage facilities with orchid maids services,custom engineered metal building systems to complete commercial and residential renovations.

This Star building was a unique design for Dr. Mitri Ghareeb.  Dr. Ghareeb came to us wanting an additional garage for his car collection and at the same time wanted a look that would complement his estate. The walls are made up of an insulated panel system (IPS) with exterior stucco like finish.  The roof system is a standing seam type.  This means there are no exposed screws, therefore no potential of roof leaks in the future due to screw exposure.  The end result is a great looking garage that is energy efficient.
